PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle, disposing the seat device including an ottoman in a compact manner while effectively utilizing the ottoman by adding the functions other than the ottoman function to the ottoman in the seat device for a vehicle, and further firmly fixed to the floor surface by fixing four corners of the lower surface of a seat cushion as in the conventional seat device. SOLUTION: The ottoman mechanism 2 is composed of an ottoman body 21, an L-shaped link member 22, and a rotating support part 23, which are compact and simple components. The ottoman mechanism 2 modifies the form of the ottoman body 21 in various ways by utilizing the L-shaped link member 22 and the rotating support part 23 so that that the ottoman body 21 fulfills various functions.
