PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resources as a whole on-vehicle electronic control system and form it at a lower cost. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic control system is set to carry out grid computing between a plurality of ECUs 13, and affordable computer resources are shared by the ECUs 13 if necessary, so that reduction of the resources is realized and the on-vehicle electronic control system is produced at a lower cost as a whole. The on-vehicle electronic control system flexibly copes with load fluctuation such as addition of the ECUs 13 or the like, so that safety ratio is estimated lower than usual and system design and product development having high resource efficiency is made possible. Accordingly, reduction of the resources is realized as the whole on-vehicle electronic control system and the efficient on-vehicle electronic control system is formed at a lower cost.
