PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating plate which efficiently reflects heat ray from outside and is highly durable, and a molded product employing it. SOLUTION: The heat insulating plate comprises resin layers 1, 3, 5 laminated by using a resin material in a state of at least three layers and metal layers 2, 4 in which metal sheet pieces containing a metal having heat ray reflecting characteristics are discretely arranged on the same plane of each layer and which are provided in at least two spaces among the resin layers, and the heat insulating plate is constituted so that the aggregate, which is formed when the metal sheet pieces disposed on all the metal layers are superposed on each other, covers the whole heat insulating plate.
