PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter from irregularly floating by removing the foreign matter which invades a discharge opening. SOLUTION: Working of widening an opening area of the defective discharge opening which comes not to discharge or causes misplaced recording because the foreign matter invades is executed, and suction or pressurization is carried out, whereby the foreign matter is removed to the outside.
