PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has adhesion between layers and in which creases do not generate at the time of the laminating by the lapping method usually used for a resin substrate or a metal sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a resin layer having a picture and/or a color pigmentation thermoplastic resin layer on its at least front face side. The decorative sheet comprises: a layer consisting of a polymer alloy of a fluorocarbon resin and an acrylic resin which are prepared on the rear face of the above resin layer; a resin layer having a picture and/or a color pigmentation thermoplastic resin layer on its at least front face side. The decorative sheet comprises a polymer alloy layer in which a fluorocarbon resin is micro-dispersed into an acrylic resin and a polymer alloy layer in which an acrylic resin is micro-dispersed into a fluorocarbon resin being at least prepared in this order on the rear face of the above resin layer.
