PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for metal sheet laminae molding processing having excellent molding processability and excellent in glossy feeling after lamination, appearance after retorting and gold color developability. SOLUTION: In the laminated film for metal sheet laminate molding processing composed of a polyester A-layer and the polyester B-layer being in contact with each other, the polyester A-layer comprises polyethylene terephthalate (a) and the polyester B-layer comprises a resin composition prepared by adding 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. of a colorant to 100 pts.wt. of the sum total of polymers, that is, 30-70 wt.% of polybutylene terephthalate (b1) and 30-70 wt.% of polyethylene terephthalate (b2). The a<SP>*</SP>value of the film measured by a color-difference meter is -30-20 and the b<SP>*</SP>value of the film is 20-70 and the hardness of the film at a room temperature of the A-layer is 18 mgf/μm<SP>2</SP>or above.
