PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand drier that can prevent water from leaking out of a processing space or a drain container. SOLUTION: The hand drier that blasts high-speed air generated by a high-pressure airflow generator 2 from the upper part to the lower part of a hand insert part 3 which has a space that allows a user to input or output the hand, to blow water off the hand in the hand insert part 3, is composed of two components 7 and 8 where a drain port 9 is provided in front of a water receiving part 4 that forms a lower side of the hand insert part 3, a drain container 10 is provided under the drain port 9 to collect water dropping from the drain port 9, and a joint 6 is set in front of the water receiving part 4.
