The total sum calculating means (160) calculates the total sum of the measuring result by the moving pattern quantity measuring means (150). The result corresponding means (170) performs a predetermined correspondence depending on the calculation result by the total sum calculating means (160). The result corresponding means (170) is formed in a manner to start the predetermined correspondence when the calculation result by the total sum calculating means (160) is a specified value or lower, and is equipped with a specified value lottery means for performing the lottery for the specified value.
