PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a chemical solution from flowing out when perming hair. SOLUTION: A cloth towel or a paper towel using a polymeric absorber, and an extensible belt 1 with the whole surface formed in pile shape of a Velcro tape are formed into integrated structure. A plane towel material can be dried in a spread state because it can be easily folded and formed in turban shape with the Velcro tape 7. In use, the towel material 3 of turban shape is always pressure-fitted to the skin from the outer periphery with the belt 1 to form no clearance between the skin and the towel material even if absorbing the chemical solution.
