PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin pasting material with which the skin hardly has chlorosis even when water is permeated due to using the material under water, and where adhesiveness during use is good, fitting property and gas-permeability are good and unnatural feeling is reduced. SOLUTION: At the skin pasting material comprising an extensible base material and an adhesive layer, adhesive no-applied parts in the state of consecutive stripes are provided so as to be vertical with respect to the longer-edge side of the nearly rectangular base material. Thus, the adhesive no-applied parts function as drain groove and/or ventilation hole to suppress water absorption to the base material and/or a pad part to make the skin hardly have chlorosis.
