PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable underwear which can be used as either an underwear or a diaper and which can easily be separated in the case of using this as the diaper. SOLUTION: The disposable underwear 1 is provided with: a front abdominal part 2, a back part 3 and a crotch part 4 formed connected between the front abdominal part 2 and the back part 3. On both of the left and right sides of a part connected with the crotch part 4 of the front abdominal part 2, left and right fracture parts 17a and 17b for fracturing the front abdominal part 2 are formed. On a front crotch part 4a eqivalent to an intermediate part between the left and right fracture parts 17a and 17b, an attachment part 23 is provided. At a part on an outer side in a right and left direction than the left and right fracture parts 17a and 17b at the front abdominal part 2, left and right attachment pieces 22a and 22b are provided. Corresponding to the left and right fracture parts 17a and 17b, an opening part 17c for making the inside and outside of the front abdominal part 2 communicate with each other is formed, and attachment parts 27 and 28 which are attached and detached to/from the attachment part 23 through the opening part 17c are provided respectively at the left and right attachment pieces 22a and 22b.
