PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope for the bronchi allowing a user to safely and smoothly perform centesis treatment by surely fixing an insertion tube distal end to the interior of the bronchi with an airway in the trachea maintained by a balloon and surely puncturing a centesis needle even into a hard affected part. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic endoscope for the bronchi is attached with inflatable/deflatable balloon 10 composed of a material with elasticity with its surrounding an ultrasonic probe 3 disposed at the insertion tube distal end 2 and is disposed with a treatment device projecting port 6 for projecting a treatment device 50 at the side of the insertion tube distal end.
