PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary bedrock bath, excellent in the versatility for people in a wide range of ages to use, in the safety without risk of overturning or burning, in the energy saving by utilizing the effects of far infrared rays, in the flexibility of the design to form a bathroom easily by a simple structure especially using a precast concrete member such as a concrete panel or a frame body such as a box culvert, in the productivity as the construction period can be shortened, and in the efficiency in the cleaning and maintenance work. SOLUTION: The bedrock bath comprises the bathroom 2 with a floor part 2a, a side wall part 2b and a ceiling part 2c which are made of concrete, an outer wall heat-insulating material layer 3 formed on the outer surface of the side wall part and the ceiling part, a passage part 15 formed on the floor part, a bed part 4 formed on the floor part at a higher position than the passage part, a buried emitter bedrock 13 with the surface exposed from the upper surface of the bed part for emitting electromagnetic waves such as far infrared rays, and a heating part 11 buried at least in the bed part for heating the emitter bedrock.
