PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to deposit electrodeposition coating paint on a female screw portion 25 of a nut 20 even when applying an electrodeposition coating to the nut 20 after fixed to a cover 13 without applying masking to the female screw portion 25 of the nut 20. SOLUTION: Before the nut 20 is fixed to a through-hole 17 of the cover 13, zinc plating treatment is given to the nut 20. After the nut 20 to which the zinc plating treatment is given is fixed to the cover 13, the electrodeposition coating is applied thereto. On the nut 20 whose surface is coated with a zinc plating layer, the electrodeposition coating paint is hardly deposited.
