A water-soluble dry food which contains a plant-origin material as the main component together with a water-soluble dietary fiber as an additive. This water-soluble dry food further contains an edible oil. As the edible oil, it is preferable to use olive oil, safflower oil, sesame oil or rapeseed oil. As the plant-origin material, it is preferable to use Angelica keiskei. As the water-soluble dietary fiber, it is preferable to use indigestible dextrin. |
