<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size, low cost wire harness winding device which is effective for preventing breakdown of harness for feeding and winding the wire harness, such as electric wire, cable provided between a body and a door of vehicle depending on the opening and closing operations of door. SOLUTION: One end side electric wire end 22 of a wire harness 20 is connected to an upper back panel of a vehicle, while the other end side wire end 23 is connected to a luggage door. A winding drum 14 in a winding case 11 is provided coaxially on an upper winding body 14c of the first stage and a lower winding body 14d of the second stage. Moreover, a guide roller 14f is supported to freely rotate with a harness passing port 14e, where a part of the circumference of a drum body 14a is cut out, an extra portion of wire harness 20 is wound around the upper winding body 14c and is made to make a U-turn under the guidance of a guide roller 14f through the harness passing port 14e and an extra portion of the wire harness 20 having made the U-turn shape is further wound around the lower winding body 14d. A rotating drum 14 rotates with a feeding force and a winding force of the wire harness 20, the wire harness passing port 14e displaces and thereby the extra portion of the wire harness 20 is fed and re wound.</p> |
