<p>A fan casing enabling both the securement of a ventilation passage and a reduction in size even if a bottom plate is formed integrally with the fan casing and also enabling a reduction in the size of a bellmouth, a method of manufacturing the fan casing, and a floor mounted air conditioner having the fan casing. The fan casing (30) comprises a fan casing body (31), a rear plate (32), the bottom plate (33), and the bellmouth (37). The fan casing body (31) comprises an inlet (31a) and an outlet (31b), and is opened on the opposite side of a front part (34) in which the inlet (31a) is formed. The rear plate (32) is disposed on the opposite side of the front part (34) of the fan casing body (31) in which the inlet (31a) is formed. The bottom plate (33) forms the bottom part of a floor mounted blower (1). The bellmouth (37) is disposed at the inlet (31a). The fan casing body (31) and the bottom plate (33) are formed integrally with each other with a synthetic resin.</p> |
