Electrical contactor and electric arc extinguishing chamber with deionisation blades

The switchgear has an electric arc extinguishing chamber, opening on an opening volume (35), with a stack of de-ionization blades separated by an exchange gap. Free leading edges of the blades are exposed to an electric arc and delimit a recess (9) of asymmetrical form and formed to create, when the blades are alternatively stacked, chimneys (15) whose passages are closed in a plane perpendicular to chimneys` longitudinal axis.
