A medicament comprising a compound having an inhibitory action on Hsp90 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient is used as a therapeutic agent for diseases associated with immunoglobulin gene translocations. In diseases associated with immunoglobulin gene translocations, abnormal enhancement of the expression of a partner gene in immunoglobulin gene translocation participates in the development of the diseases and the progress of the symptoms.
