Designed as an integrated component for a semiconductor chip (1), a coil structure (2a,2b) for detecting a magnetic field (B) is created inside layers (3) of the semiconductor chip, which has parts of a signal-processing device (4) that has an active link with the coil structure on the periphery of the semiconductor chip.
