A piston with cleaning liquid passage is coupled to cylinder (2) to which cleaning liquid is supplied. A check valve (4) is provided between nozzle (5) having jetting port that jets cleaning liquid, and the piston. A seal, provided at rear end of piston, contacts with inner peripheral surface of cylinder. A tensile spring is loaded between piston and cylinder by passing through inside of piston to push piston in retracted position in cylinder.
