The pouch has an orifice bordered with an outer adhesive zone (1) intended to be adhered on a circumference of an eye (2) to be operated. A compressor (7) maintains a sterile air in high pressure, where the air is injected through an opening (5) and evacuated by another orifice provided with an anti-return valve (9). A transparent cover (3) forming vertex of the pouch is fixed on lens of a microscope (4).
