The device has a support (1) fixed on a boat, a rotating guide support (5) maintained on an axle by posts, and a sliding part with a tube on which a rod (7) is welded. The rod is provided with a thread for receiving a nut which maintains a central articulation formed by arms (9, 10) of oars. The arms slide on the support (5) around two washer head screws (13, 14) in corresponding slots (11, 12).
