<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner sealant suitable for a high-frequency sealing which can prevent an energy loss by heat conduction and generates little of a low-molecular weight component of the sealant with a concern that it gives a nasty smell to the contents by heat generation on the center part. <P>SOLUTION: The inner sealant comprises a membrane part 10 having at least a sealant layer 11 and a resealing part 20 having at least an elastic sheet layer 21, wherein the membrane part 10 comprises the sealant layer 11, the lowest layer, in contact with the mouth part 2 of a container and a membrane basis material 12 located thereon, and a metal paste layer 13 coats the fringe of the membrane basis material 12 on the side in contact with the sealant layer so that the metal paste layer 13 may overlap on the mouth part of the container.
