<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of efficiently deodorizing smell of kitchen garbage, etc., in a car with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator device is equipped with a car 5 rising/descending in a hoistway 10 of a building comprising a plurality of floors 11, 12, 13, a ventilating fan 51 provided for the car 5, a car door 31 provided for the car 5, and landing floor doors 111, 121, 131 provided at the plurality of floors 11, 12, 13.
