PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility retrieving device in which a desired facility is easily retrieved by narrowing a plurality of candidate facilities obtained by facility retrieval employing voice recognition even when the plurality of candidates are retrieved. SOLUTION: The facility retrieving device is provided with a voice inputting means 10 which converts uttered voice into voice signals, a voice recognizing means 14 which recognizes an uttered vocabulary based on the voice signals, a facility database 18 which stores facility data, a facility database retrieving means 17 which retrieves a facility database based on the recognized vocabulary, a facility specific information database 20 which stores facility specific information representing the features of a facility, a facility specific information database retrieving means 19 which retrieves facility specific information database based on the recognized vocabulary by the voice recognizing means when a plurality of facilities is retrieved, a selecting means 22 which selects a facility having the facility specific information retrieved by the facility specific information database retrieving means from the plurality of the retrieved facilities and outputting means 12 and 13 which output information of the facility selected by the selecting means.
