PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley incorporated with a clutch, restraining deterioration of grease due to heat generation and lowering of durability. SOLUTION: In this pulley incorporated with a clutch, a cage 8 is assembled between the cylindrical outer surface 7 of an inner member 1 and the cylindrical inner surface 6 of a clutch outer ring 5 pressed in the inside diameter surface of a belt guide wheel 2, and sprags 10a, 10b are installed in a plurality of pockets 9, respetively, formed on the cage 8. The sprags 10a, 10b are composed of two types: the engage-type sprag 10a tilted in the gripping direction by the centrifugal force; and the disengage-type sprag 10b tilted in the releasing direction. During high-speed rotation of a one-way clutch when the belt guide wheel 2 is suddenly decelerated from high-speed rotation, the disengage-type sprag 10b is tilted out of contact with the cylindrical inner surface 6 and the cylindrical outer surface 7 to decrease the number of sprags coming into contact with the cylindrical inner surface 6 and the cylindrical outer surface 7, whereby heat generation due to friction is restrained to prevent deterioration of grease.
