PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-type torque transmission device having reduced parts count. SOLUTION: A torque converter 1 transmitting torque from an engine to a main drive-shaft 7 of the transmission comprises a front cover 2, an impeller 3, and a turbine 4. Torque is imparted from the engine into the front cover 2. The impeller 3 is connected to the front cover 2 to form a fluid chamber. The turbine 4 comprises a turbine shell 21 facing to the impeller 3 and a turbine blade 22 in the fluid chamber, and a turbine hub 23 which is fixed integrally, or under restriction in the range of axial movement to a main drive shaft 7.
