The method involves positioning a guide channel (1) in a desired position relative to a concrete reinforcement (3). An internal vibrating unit is moved along with the channel under delivery of the vibrating energy in the concrete. The channel remains after completion of vibration within concrete. The channel exhibits a large opening or consists of a material transmissable for the vibrating energy. An independent claim is also included for a guide channel for a method of introducing an vibrating energy of an internal vibrating unit on specified places of a concrete.
