The invention relates to a coupling device (10) comprising a rotary linking member (12) which rotatably links driving and driven rotary members having essentially-aligned axes. The linking member (12) is equipped with (i) fixing means (14) for fixing to the driving member and (ii) a first series of fixing elements (16) for fixing to the driven member. The linking member (12) is also equipped with a second series of fixing elements (24) for fixing an inertia weight (20) that is different from the driving and driven rotary members. The first and second series of fixing elements (16, 24) can move axially and elastically in relation to one another.
