A sample tube for magic angle high-speed rotation method employed in the probe of a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus suitable for measurement of a trace sample by a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (solid-state NMR) method in which a coil for irradiating/detecting a radio wave can be arranged in proximity to a sample and a method for measuring a nuclear magnetic resonance absorption spectrum with high resolution using the sample tube. The sample tube comprises a thin tube section where a sample is placed, non-thin tube sections located at the opposite ends thereof, and a spinner inserted into at least one of the opposite outer end parts of the non-thin tube section and removably fixed. The thin tube section and the non-thin tube are composed of ceramic and/or a polymer material.
