SOUND FIELD MEASURING METHOD FOR ULTRASONIC PROCESSOR, SOUND FIELD MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR ULTRASONIC PROCESSOR, AND ULTRASONIC PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound field measuring instrument for accurately measuring the size of a sound field formed in a processed liquid in a processing tank in ultrasonic wave application.

SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cleaner 10 is equipped with an ultrasonic transducer 13 for generating an ultrasonic wave and a cleaning tank 12 for performing a cleaning process by applying the ultrasonic wave to cleaning water W1. This sound field measuring instrument 20 equipped with a temperature sensor 21a for measuring the temperature of the cleaning water W1, finds the temperature rise rate of the cleaning water W1 in ultrasonic wave application while finding the amount of acoustic energy of a sound field formed in the cleaning water W1 based on the rise rate.
