PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circumferential structure of a water meter capable of being divided into the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through an elbow and, at the same time, having an electrolytic corrosion prevention structure excellent in especially rotary mounting efficiency. SOLUTION: In a lead-in pipe such as a distributing pipe or the like led into general households, etc., the elbow having an R-shaped bending section is provided in an up-stream side or a down-stream side of the water meter and, at the same time, a rotatable nipple is combined with the root through an O ring and an attachable tool.
