PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct opening of a throttle valve of an internal combustion engine corresponding to aging. SOLUTION: Engine ECU executes a program including a step S2010 calculating loss flow rate A calculated from a detected air quantity and a loss flow rate B calculated from a learning value when an operation condition is stable (YES in S200), a step S2040 renewing the learning value in a large opening zone when an absolute value of the difference between the loss flow rate A and the loss flow rate B is larger than a predetermined valueα(S2020) and the detected throttle valve opening is in the large opening zone (YES in S2030), and a step S2070 renewing the learning value of a small opening zone if the detected throttle valve opening is in the small opening zone (YES in S2060).
