PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device installed in a tire and having good sensitivity for transmission and reception relative to an external interrogator. SOLUTION: This antenna device 1 comprises a synthetic resin mounting member 2 having a through hole 2a, a pair of metallic sleeves fixed to the mounting member 2, extending in opposite directions and having hollow parts 3a, 4a communicated to the through hole 2a, a circuit board 5 arranged in a sealed space S composed of the through hole 2a and the hollow parts 3a, 4a with a part-mounted face 5a having a wiring pattern on a single face, and an electronic component 6 such as a crystal oscillator 6a built on the part-mounted face 5a of the circuit board 5. The metallic sleeves 3, 4 are actuated as radiating elements of a dipole antenna. The antenna device 1 is mounted by adhering and fixing the mounting member 2 on a rear face of a bead part 20a in the tire 20, and the longitudinal direction of the metallic sleeves 3, 4 is approximately perpendicular to an axial direction of the tire 20.
