PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluororesin sheet having a linear through-hole showing excellent linearity and arranged in high precision, and to provide the fluororesin sheet. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a PTFE resin sheet 6 having the linear through-hole comprises inserting a thick PTFE resin tube 3 having an inner diameter of not more than 1 mm and an outer diameter of not less than 1 mm into a hole 2a having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube preliminarily formed on a PTFE resin sheet 2; and baking it at a temperature higher than the melting point of the PTFE resin to integrate the tube 3 and the resin sheet 2 into one body.
