PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle equipment control device with good convenience enhancing getting on/off property for a non-specific person. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle equipment control device has an on-vehicle equipment (for example, seat, steering wheel and foot pedal) arranged in an indoor space relating to the getting on/off property of a user and having posture varied so as to change width of the indoor space; and an obtaining means for obtaining body information affecting to the getting on/off property (for example, height, age and inconvenient state of body) by image processing of a photographing image photographing the user. The on-vehicle equipment control device is provided with a control means for controlling a variation amount of posture of the on-vehicle equipment based on the obtained body information.
