<p>A method of analysis of lipoproteins according to the present invention comprises the steps of: separating a plurality of classes of lipoproteins contained in a subject sample by liquid chromatography and then detecting signals derived from components included in the separated lipoproteins; and assuming that the lipoproteins are constituted of subclasses estimated from component peaks comprising anchor peaks and extra essential peaks and then calculating an approximated curve corresponding to summation of the component peaks using the above described detected signals.</p> |
