To provide disk reading/writing device capable of reliable communications with a tag regardless of a position where a disk with the tag is placed, thereby improving communication reliability. A slot antenna (21) has a first slot (21b) and a second slot (21c) that are formed in a conductor. A first electricity supply cable (22) supplies electricity to the first slot (21b). A second electricity supply cable (23) supplies electricity to the second slot (21c). A slot antenna (21) is stuck on a holder (30), and a hole (11) of a disk (10) is fitted over the holder (30). A communication section (40) supplies electricity alternately to the first slot and the second slot, causing the first slot (21b) and the second slot (21c) to alternately transmit a radio wave to the disk (10) fitted over the holder (30) to perform communications with a tag (12) attached to the disk (10).
