<p>A method for controlling the burn gas flow to a turbine in an integrated gasification combined cycle system (IGCC) has the pressure of the burn gas (7) monitored (4) to control the flow of additional fluid gas (8, 9) into the main gas flow in order to maintain an even pressure into the gas turbine. The additional fuel is preferably in liquid form to provide an instant control, i.e. using a non compressible liquid, and the additional fuel has a similar Wobbe Number as the main fuel.</p>
