<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating an epithelial cell, and to provide a method for preconditioning a cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating the epithelial cell comprises treating a human dermal tissue or visceral tissue with trypsin/EDTA, while subjecting the tissue to magnetic agitation.
