<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output environment in which the processing of a job is performed without bothering user's hands, and the effect of direct printing can easily be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: Criteria for applying printing setting information which has already been stored are set in advance in an outputting device 2000 while applying a priority sequence.
