PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted speaker system by which a large network coil is firmly fixed to both ends and damage of the network coil by submergence is also prevented. SOLUTION: The network coil 41 is firmly fixed to a speaker frame 33 to both ends by vertically attaching a binding band 42 on periphery of the network coil 41, forming an assembly 44 by fixing the binding band 42 to the network coil 41 by performing thermal contraction of a thermal contraction tube 43 into which the binding band 42 and the network coil 41 are inserted and binding the binding band 42 of the assembly 44 to a proper part on the speaker frame 33 and the submergence is also prevented by the thermal contraction tube 43 which covers circumference of the network coil 41.
