PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface comfortable to a user who switches a TV function and a PC function for use in a PC by which the user can view TV. SOLUTION: When an instruction to exchange the PC is received from a remote control or a housing button, a PC cooperative video switching controller performs PC start instruction, starting confirmation and OS starting confirmation, and makes a switching instruction to a video switching part so as to output and display PC video after starting the OS. Furthermore, in the case of an instruction for AP (application program) starting, an AP start instruction and starting confirmation are performed after OS starting confirmation, and a switching instruction is made so as to output PC video after starting the AP.
