PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image storage which simplifies a system configuration, can be fitted with easy fitting work, and can make commodity cost reduced, also. SOLUTION: The storage relates to an image storage for storing data on images photographed by an imaging means 1; reads a first, a second, and a third frame images F1, F2, F3 from the imaging means 1 one by one; detects a second change image F1-3 having a change in an object H to be imaged, by comparing the first image F1 and the third image F3, along with detecting a first change image F1-2 having a change in the object H by comparing the first image F1 and the second image F2; compares the change image F1-2 and the change image F1-3; and allows an external memory means 3 to store the second and third images F2, F3, when that change satisfies predetermined conditions.
