PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear reactor facilitating as-designed setting of an orifice. SOLUTION: In the nuclear reactor, orifices 7 and 8 are provided by directly providing openings 7 and 8 on at least one of a fuel support metal fitting 3 and a control rod guide tube 2. According to this structure, the formation of two or more kinds of exclusive orifices and orifice mount seats matched thereto is dispensed with, and the orifices 7 and 8 can be easily set as designed.
