PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device superior in an outward appearance, while facilitating rotational operation of a fastening screw, by reducing the number of part items with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A side view U-shaped clamp member 11 for connecting an upper piece 11a and a lower piece 11b turning in the horizontal direction by a vertical piece 11c, is fitted to an end part of a top plate 3. A sleeve 13 turning vertically upward is projected on the upper piece 11a. A screw part 12a of the fastening screw 12 is threadedly engaged with the upper piece 11a, and is loosely fitted to the sleeve 13. A rotary knob 12b arranged on the lower end of the screw part 12a is positioned under the upper piece 11a, and the top plate 3 is sandwiched between the rotary knob 12a and the lower piece 11b.
