PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption-decrease control device capable of urging a driver to perform operation for an engine stop when the engine stop is possible. SOLUTION: This fuel consumption-decrease control device for performing control for decreasing fuel consumption until the establishment of predetermined conditions based on the state of a vehicle when the predetermined operation of the vehicle is detected (Yes in S12), has a predicted economized fuel quantity computing means (S17) for computing a predicted economized fuel quantity predicted to be reducible if predetermined operation is detected, when the predetermined operation is not detected (No in S12), and a predicted economized fuel quantity display means (S18) for displaying the predicted economized fuel quantity computed by the predicted economized fuel quantity computing means.
