PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat storage device for a vehicle, in which a seat cushion can be raised along a cabin wall surface, and leg parts do not prohibit appearance of cabin space or functioning performance. SOLUTION: A storage recess 12 is provided in the cabin wall surface for containing a seat. The leg parts 5 are composed to be capable of overturning. On the storage recess 12, engagement means 10 are provided to be engaged with the leg parts 5 for holding the whole seat in a storage position as a backrest 7 is folded onto the seat cushion, with the leg parts released from a vehicle floor 1 to be overturned upward, and the whole seat raised around a hinge part 3 as a support point to be stored in the storage recess 12.
