PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable film suitably used as a packaging film in the same way as a packaging film comprising a conventional polyolefin film fitted to an automatic bag making machine because the film is excellent in flexibility and transparency and has heat fusibility and capable of treating compost. SOLUTION: This multilayered biaxially stretched film has a heat fusible layer comprising a composition (C) composed of 98-35 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester copolymer (A), which is composed of an aliphatic or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component (a1) with a melting point (Tm) of 80-120°C, a crystallization temperature (Tc) of 35-75°C and (Tm)-(Tc) of 35-55°C, an aliphatic or alicyclic dihydroxy compound component (a2) and a difunctional aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acid component (a3), and 3-45 wt.% of a biodegradable polymer (B) with a melting point (Tm) of 45-below 80°C.
